The church was completed and began regular services on All Saints' Day, November 1, 1891, although it was officially consecrated on January 15, 1893, by the Anglican Bishop of Sierra Leone.

The Garden of Remembrance

This garden was created as a place to scatter the ashes of departed loved ones, as the nearby La Chercha cemetery had reached its capacity.
